10. SUBJECT: INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION AND COORDINATION\nAGREEMENT WITH THE YUCAIPA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT REGARDING\nPAVEMENT REHABILITATION\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Infrastructure Construction and\nCoordination Agreement with the Yucaipa Valley Water District in the amount of\n$131,940 for the pavement rehabilitation road improvement project on Goldstone Street\nand Peach Tree Circle; and\n2. Amend the FY2023/2024 Capital Improvement Program by adding the amount of\n$91,940 in funding from the Yucaipa Valley Water District.
