Acceptance and Appropriation of $4,000 in State Certified Local Government (CLG)\nProgram Grant Funds to Conduct Community Outreach\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-24 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, THE ACCEPTANCE OF $4,000 IN STATE\nCERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT (CLG) PROGRAM GRANT FUNDS TO\nCONDUCT COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND AMEND THE FY 2022-23 OPERATING\nBUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN\nTHE AMOUNT OF $4,000\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute all agreements and any other documentation\nrequested for acceptance of the award, distribution of the funding and operation of the\nsubsequent agreements, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Staff Report\nResolution 2023-24
