Webb\nAssociates, Inc. (“WEBB”) in the amount of $145,330 for the Design of the\nWastewater Treatment Plant Equalization Basin (“Agreement”); (2) Approving a total\nproject budget of $159,863 which includes a 10% contingency; (3) Authorizing the\nCity Manager or his designee to make necessary budget adjustments, appropriations\nand transfers associated with the Agreement and approving change orders within the\n10% contingency; and (4) Authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute\nthe Agreement.
