17) Acquisition of City Fleet Vehicles\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase Order with Aaron\nChevrolet in an amount not to exceed $214,399.57 for the purchase of three (3) City\nFleet Vehicles in such final form as approved by the City Attorney: and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute change orders not exceeding a 10% contingency of\n$21,439.00 for uncertainties and adjustments; and\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase Order with Diamond\nChevrolet in an amount not to exceed $153,105.18 for the purchase of three (3) City\nFleet Vehicles in such final form as approved by the City Attorney: and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute change orders not exceeding a 10% contingency of\n$15,310.00 for uncertainties and adjustments.
