10) Authorize the Design and Installation of the Security and Data System in the\nEmergency Operations Center Building Project (CIP Project #Z20036)\n1. Waive Competitive Bidding Procedures pursuant to Section 3.08.070(G) of the Lake\nElsinore Municipal Code based on the system benefits outlined in the staff report,\nincluding the fact that the design and installation of the security and data system\nservices are available through the City’s previously selected provider ensuring\ncompatibility, efficiency and cost savings; and,\n2. (dba Jolly Jumps) in an amount not to exceed $125,000 ($25,000\nper year) for event services and amusements in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not exceeding a\n10% contingency of $12,500 for uncertainties and adjustments.

13) Final Contract Change Order to the Public Works Construction Agreement with\nAneen Construction Inc., for the Downtown SB-821 Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk\nand Sumner Avenue Signing and Striping - CIP Project Z10081\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the Final Contract Change Order to the Public\nWorks Construction Agreement with Aneen Construction, Inc. in the amount of\n$170,967.76 for Change Order No. 1 Kellogg Improvements and Change Order No. 2\nGraham and Heald Improvements along with contract overages for the Downtown SB-\n821 Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk and Sumner Avenue Signing and Striping Project, in\nfinal form as approved by the City Attorney.
