12) Professional Services Agreement with M & J Paul Enterprises, Inc. (dba Jolly\nJumps)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement/contract with M & J\nPaul Enterprises, Inc. (dba Jolly Jumps) in an amount not to exceed $125,000 ($25,000\nper year) for event services and amusements in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not exceeding a\n10% contingency of $12,500 for uncertainties and adjustments.
