AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE EMERGENCY PERMANENT RELOCATION BENEFITS\nThe City Council will consider authorizing the City Manager to issue emergency\npermanent relocation benefits to eligible occupants of City-owned properties.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare that this item is not subject to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to issue emergency permanent relocation benefits to\neligible occupants of City-owned properties, utilizing available Housing Authority\nGeneral Funds, calculated per either the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real\nProperty Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended (URA), or the California Code\nof State Regulations Title 25, Division 1, Chapter 6 (Title 25), depending upon an\noccupant’s eligibility for a specific program.\nEND OF CONSENT CALENDAR
