Find that the project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Control Act (CEQA), per Section 15303, New Construction\nor Conversion of Small Structures, Class 3; and\n2. Approve Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. 2023-03, subject to the Conditions of\nApproval provided in Exhibit “A” of Resolution No. 2023-3583.
