PROPOSED DARK SUCCESSOR AGENCY MEETING DATE\nEach year, staff request the Successor Agency consider “going dark” on\nthe fourth Tuesday (second meeting) in November and December due to\nthe Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. This year, however, the fourth\nTuesday (second meeting) in November does not fall on a holiday.\nTherefore, there will be a city council meeting on November 28, 2023.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends the Board approve going\ndark on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, due to the Christmas holiday.
