Accept the work completed for the Hot Spot Improvements at the intersection\nof Rosemead Boulevard and Beverly Boulevard (CIP No. 21276) Block Wall,\nconstructed by HZS Engineering, dba HZS Construction and authorize the\nCity Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County\nRegistrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment and all other\nmonies due to HZS Engineering, dba HZS construction, following the\nmandatory waiting period from the date the Notice of Completion is recorded.
