Approve Amendment No. 4 to AKM Consulting Engineer’s professional\nservices agreement increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $1,760, and\nextending the term of the agreement through December 31, 2023;\n2. Accept the work as completed for the Electrical Panel Replacement at Plant\nNo. 3, CIP No. 50027, by Big Sky Electric, Inc. and authorize the Authority\nSecretary to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County\nRegistrar-Recorder; and\n3. Authorize the Executive Director to release the retention payment to Big Sky\nElectric, Inc., following the mandatory waiting period from the date the Notice\nof Completion is recorded.
