The convenience store’s operating hours are 24 hours daily, with the sale of beer and wine from\n6:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m. daily.\nAPPEAL:\nAn appeal of the April 24, 2023, Zoning Administrator’s determination which:\n1. Denied, pursuant to Section 12.24 W.1 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, a Conditional Use Permit\nto allow the sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption at an existing convenience store which\ncurrently operates 24 hours per day, seven days of the week;\n2. Adopted the Findings; and\n3.
