The Amendment will\nextend the term by three years and increase the amount by $4,000,000 for a\nnew not to exceed amount of $26,898,350.\nDetermine item is exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section\n15060(c)(3).\nCity Council approval is required.
