10) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH INTERWEST, A SAFEBUILT COMPANY, FOR ADDITIONAL ON-CALL\nPLANNING AND DESIGN REVIEW SERVICES AND RELATED BUDGET TRANSFER TO FUND THE\nAGREEMENT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Interwest, a\nSAFEbuilt Company (Contract No. 2069(b)), for on-call planning and design review\nservices to increase the not-to-exceed amount to $225,000 and extend the contract\nthrough December 31, 2023;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8210 authorizing a budget transfer of $84,315 from salary savings\ndue to vacant positions to fund the on-call planning and design review professional\nservices agreement; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Amendment and all related\ndocuments.\nPUBLIC HEARINGS
