Find that the award of contracts are exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act pursuant to Article 19 – Categorical Exemptions, Section 15301, Existing\nFacilities, (h) Maintenance of Existing Landscaping.\n6. TAX-SHARING RESOLUTIONS FOR SANITATION DISTRICT, ANNEXATION\nNOS. 1130, 1131, 1132, AND 1133 - The Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District\nprovides wastewater treatment services within the District's service area. To provide\nwastewater treatment service to properties located outside the District's service area, the\nboundary must be expanded through the annexation process.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Adopt the Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District's resolutions approving and\naccepting the negotiated exchange of property tax revenues resulting from Santa\nClarita Valley Sanitation District Annexation Nos. 1130, 1131, 1132, and 1133.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
