BUILDING PLAN REVIEW, BUILDING INSPECTION, AND PERMIT-\nRELATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - Increase expenditure authority for\ncontracts with previously selected, qualified vendors to provide as-needed building plan\nreview, building inspection, and permit-related professional services to the City of Santa\nClarita.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Authorize an expenditure authority increase to the City's on-call Building & Safety\nconsulting firms: JAS Pacific, Scott Fazekas & Associates, Interwest Consulting\nGroup, and TRB and Associates, in the amount of $500,000, resulting in a total on-\ncall expenditure authority amount of $1,000,000 for Fiscal Year 2023-24.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
