10. SANTA CLARITA VALLEY COMMITTEE ON AGING FISCAL YEAR 2023-24\nAGREEMENT - The Fiscal Year 2023-24 agreement with the Santa Clarita Valley\nCommittee on Aging will support home-delivered meals, transit-related services, and\nrecreation, health, and wellness programs for seniors.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council approve an agreement with the Santa Clarita Valley Committee on Aging in\nthe amount of $475,000, and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.\nThis time has been set aside for any speakers that have turned in speaker cards and were not\nheard in the first thirty minutes allotted to address the City Council on items that are NOT on the\nagenda. Speaker cards may not be submitted relating to any items listed on the agenda.\nSTAFF COMMENTS
