The restaurant would operate from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through\nThursday, and 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., Friday through Sunday, and have a seating capacity of 199 patrons\nuntil 5 p.m., and up to 376 patrons until closing time.\nAPPEAL:\nAn appeal of the October 7, 2022, Zoning Administrator’s determination which:\n1. Denied, pursuant to Section 12.24 W.1 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, a Conditional Use to allow\nthe sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption and ancillary sales\nof beer and wine for off-site consumption in conjunction with a proposed restaurant;\n2. Adopted the Findings; and\n3.
