CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-98,\nCONSENTING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF JOHN POEHLER AS\nDIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS AND APPROVAL OF PUBLIC WORKS\nDIRECTOR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT\nStaff is asking the City Council to consent to the appointment of John\nPoehler as Public Works Director and approve his employment contract for\nservices as Public Works Director.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-98, approving the employment agreement\nbetween the City and John Poehler for the position of Director of Public\nWorks; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreement.
