RESOLUTION NO. _____________ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM authorizing the Director of Community Services or designee to submit an\napplication to the State Department of Parks and Recreation for Specified Grant Funds from\nthe Budget Act of 2022/23 for the revitalization of Boysen Park and if awarded, authorizing the\nacceptance of such funding on behalf of the City and amending the budget accordingly; and,\ndetermine that these actions are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\npursuant to Guideline Section 15306 (grant funds in the amount of $15,000,000).
