Contact Person: Engineer II Stryker\nEnvironmental Considerations: The action being\nconsidered by the City Council is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it\nis not a “project” under Section 15378(b)(5) of CEQA\nGuidelines.
