Provide direction to Staff regarding whether to use an amount of the projected\nGeneral Fund surplus to fund the PARS Irrevocable Trust for Pensions as part of a\nbudget appropriation to the General Fund Unreserved Fund Balance, and other funds\nas determined by the Finance Department, in FY23.\n3. Provide direction to Staff regarding whether to use an amount of the projected\nGeneral Fund surplus to add funding to the Asset Replacement Fund as part of a\nbudget appropriation to the General Fund Unreserved Fund Balance in FY23.\n4. Provide direction to Staff regarding whether to use an amount of the projected\nGeneral Fund surplus to add funding to the Facilities Replacement Fund as part of a\nbudget appropriation to the General Fund Unreserved Fund Balance in FY23.\n5.
