ADOPTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE RULE NO. 2023-001 PERTAINING TO\nTHE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE - Adopt Administrative\nRule No. 2023-001 and find that the administrative rule is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.\nADMINISTRATIVE RULE 2023-001: Occasional Construction and Demo Haulers are not\nrequired to collect fees pursuant to Westlake Village Municipal Code Section 5.3.150 or any\nassociated City Council Resolutions (including Resolution Nos. 586 and 1438-08).
