Contact Person: Mayor Kranz\nEnvironmental Considerations: The action being\nconsidered by the City Council is exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because\nit is not a “project” under Section 15378(b)(5) of CEQA\nGuidelines. The action involves an organizational or\nadministrative activity of government that will not result\nin the direct or indirect physical change in the\nenvironment.\nRecommended Action: 1) Consider approval of\nResolution 2023-124 titled, “A Resolution of the City\nCouncil of the City of Encinitas, California, Authorizing\nAmendment No. 3 to the City Manager’s Employment\nAgreement” and authorize the Mayor to execute\nAmendment No.3 to the Employment Agreement,\neffective July 1, 2023 and October 12, 2023; and 2)\nConsider approval of Resolution 2023-125 titled “A\nResolution of the City Council of the City of Encinitas,\nCalifornia, Approving and Adopting the City Manager\nPay Schedule” at the annual base salary of $286,416\neffective July 1, 2023 and a new annual base salary of\n$295,009 effective October 12, 2023.\n2023-10-25 Item 10B CM Antil Amendment No 3
