PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH SLADDEN ENGINEERING, INC., MTGL, INC., GROUP\nDELTA CONSULTANTS, INC., GEO ADVANTEC, INC., AND ASSOCIATED SOILS ENGINEERING, INC.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a professional services agreement with Sladden Engineering, Inc. to\nprovide on-call geotechnical inspection and material testing services without a guaranteed minimum and\na not-to-exceed amount of $200,000; 2) Approve a professional services agreement with MTGL, Inc. to\nprovide on-call geotechnical inspection and material testing services without a guaranteed minimum and\na not-to-exceed amount of $200,000; 3) Approve a professional services agreement with Group Delta,\nInc. to provide on-call geotechnical inspection and material testing services without a guaranteed\nminimum and a not-to-exceed amount of $200,000 4) Approve a professional services agreement with\nGeo Advantec, Inc. to provide on-call geotechnical inspection and material testing services without a\nguaranteed minimum and a not-to-exceed amount of $200,000; 5) Approve a professional services\nagreement with Associated Soils Engineering, Inc. to provide on-call geotechnical inspection and\nmaterial testing services without a guaranteed minimum and a not-to-exceed amount of $200,000; 6)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary changes to any of\nthe agreements; and 7) Authorize the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute the agreements.
