RESOLUTION APPROVING A REORGANIZATION PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT\nDEPARTMENT AMENDING THE BUENA PARK MANAGEMENT UNIT COMPENSATION PLAN TO ADD THE\nSUSTAINABILITY MANAGER JOB CLASSIFICATION SPECIFICATION AND SALARY RANGE\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve the new job classification specification of Sustainability Manager; 2)\nAdopt a Resolution amending the Buena Park Management Unit Compensation Plan to add the\nSustainability Manager classification and salary range; and 3) Approve a budget amendment in the\nprorated amount of $111,500 from the general fund balance for the remainder of the current fiscal year.
