15. ADOPT RESOLUTION NOS. 23-76 AND 23-77 APPROVING THE JOB SPECIFICATION AND SALARY\nRANGE FOR THE FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT CLASSIFICATION OF ELECTRICIAN AND PLUMBER\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-76 approving the job specification for the full-time equivalent (FTE) classification\nof Electrician and Plumber; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 23-77 approving the compensation plan to include the salary range for both\nthe FTE classification of Electrician and Plumber (Range 27: $63,242 – $78,980); and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
