8. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4152 FOR A PARK AMENITIES ACCESSIBILITY\nASSESSMENT (RFP NO. 24-2) TO "COMMUNITY WORKS GROUP DESIGN"\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4152 to "Community Works Design Group" in an amount\nnot-to-exceed Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Forty Five Dollars ($17,445) annually for a Park\nAmenities Acessibility Assessment; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to take actions necessary to execute and finalize an agreement on behalf of\nthe City of Montebello; and\n3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget by increasing appropriations by a total of $17,445 in Account No.\n100-70-700-6040.10; and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
