The project does not propose\nchanges to the existing market.\nStaff Recommendation\nAffirm the Zoning Administrator's approval of Minor Conditional Use Permit\n22-197, and adopt Resolution No. 23-03 entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING,\nMINOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 22-197, PRIMO FOOD BEER AND\nWINE, A REQUEST TO ALLOW BEER AND WINE SALES FOR OFF-SITE\nCONSUMPTION LOCATED AT 2801 EL CAMINO REAL.
