Resolution No. 2023-035 "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nBaldwin Park, California, Declaring its Intention to Vacate an Alley\nBetween Bogart Avenue and Downing Avenue Pursuant to Streets and\nHighways Code 8300-8325."\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Waive further reading, read by title only and adopt Resolution No.\n2023-035 entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nBaldwin Park, California, Declaring its Intention to Vacate an Alley\nBetween Bogart Avenue and Downing Avenue Pursuant to Streets\nand Highways Code 8300-8325.”\n2.
