21. RESOLUTION - RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATIONS FOR\nALL CALRECYCLE GRANTS FOR WHICH THE CITY OF CORONA IS ELIGIBLE\nThat the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 2003-114, authorizing the submittal of applications for all\nCalRecycle Grants for which the City of Corona is eligible.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any documents\nnecessary to implement and secure payment.\nc. Authorize an appropriation to the Utilities Department operating budget as part\nof the Solid Waste & Recycling Program and an estimated revenue increase of\napproximately $275,781, actual costs to be determined, to the Residential\nRefuse and Recycling Fund (260).
