AGREEMENT - MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF\nRIVERSIDE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH FOR CONTINUED\nENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING REVIEW, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND PLAN CHECK\nREVIEW FOR CITY ONSITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS IN ACCORDANCE\nWITH THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY LOCAL AGENCY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM\nAgenda\nThat the City Council:\na. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding between the City and the County of Riverside Department of\nEnvironmental Health for continued environmental planning review, technical\nassistance, and plan check review for City Onsite Wastewater Treatment\nSystems in accordance with the Riverside County Local Agency Management\nProgram.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute any amendments to the\nMemorandum of Understanding that are non-substantive and in compliance with\nthe Riverside County Local Agency Management Program.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthat the City Council take the above actions.
