13. BID & PURCHASE - MAINTENANCE/GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR CLA-VAL\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES TO BUDILO CONSTRUCTION AND GRISWOLD INDUSTRIES\nThat the City Council:\na. Award the Request for Proposal No. 24-001SB Certified Cla-Val Automatic\nControl Valve Maintenance & Repair Services to Budilo Construction, in the\namount of $150,000 per year, and to Griswold in the amount of $100,000 per\nyear, through June 30, 2025, with two optional two-year renewals.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the\nMaintenance/General Services Agreement with Budilo Construction in the\namount of $150,000 per year, and with Griswold in the amount of $100,000 per\nyear through June 30, 2025, with two optional two-year renewals, including any\nnon-substantive extensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments\nup to the amount authorized by Corona Municipal Code Section 3.08.060(J)\nwhich is equivalent to 10% or $15,000 and $10,000 respectively.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthe City Council to take the above actions.
