Accepting a Grant Deed from Aces Restaurant Corp, a California corporation, to secure right-\nof-way for street purposes as part of the development located 8012 Long Beach Boulevard, at no\ncost to the City; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Certificate of Acceptance in a form acceptable the City\nAttorney.
