Resolution Declaring Certain Properties located at 323,\n307, 312 and 314 Baker Street in the City of Placentia,\nExempt Surplus Land for Purposes of the Surplus Land Act\nFiscal Impact: None\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. R-2023-05, A Resolution of the\nCity Council of the City of Placentia, California\nhttps://placentia.granicus.com/GeneratedAgendaViewer.php?view_id=4&event_id=413 10/13\n2/3/23, 1:38 PM https://placentia.granicus.com/GeneratedAgendaViewer.php?view_id=4&event_id=413\ndeclaring pursuant to the Surplus Land Act that\ncertain real property owned by the City located at\n323, 307, 312, and 314 Baker Street are exempt\nsurplus land not necessary for the City’s use and\nproposed for a 100% affordable housing development\nfinding that such declaration is exempt from\nenvironmental review pursuant to Section 15194 of\nthe California Environmental Quality Act; and taking\nrelated actions; and\n2) Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee\nto execute all necessary documents, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nResolution R-2023-05
