BID & PURCHASE - MAINTENANCE/GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nAUGUSTINE GENERAL ENGINEERING FOR A CRITICAL SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT\nON SOUTH BELLE AVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $212,237\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the Maintenance/General services agreement with Augustine General\nEngineering of Alta Loma, CA, to perform a sewer main replacement on South\nBelle Avenue in the amount of $212,237.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the\nMaintenance/General Services Agreement with Augustine General Engineering\nfor a total contract amount of $212,237, including any non-substantive\nextensions, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments up to $21,223 or\n10% of the original contract amount as authorized by Corona Municipal Code\nSection 3.08.060(J).\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct\nthe City Council to take the above actions.
