11. REQUEST TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MESA\nENERGY SYSTEMS, INC. DBA: EMCOR SERVICES MESA ENERGY FOR MAINTENANCE\nAND REPAIR SERVICES OF THE CITY’S HVAC SYSTEMS.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nWaive purchasing procedures as authorized under Azusa Municipal Code Section 2-521; and Approve a\nProfessional Services Agreement with EMCOR for preventative maintenance of the City’s HVAC systems\nin an amount not to exceed $109,608 per year; and Authorize an annual blanket purchase order in the\namount of $50,000 for miscellaneous repair work; and Authorize the City Manager to execute the\nProfessional Services Agreement, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, on behalf of the City.\nTotal Cost: $109,608 Is the Cost of this item budgeted? 50% through General Fund\nFund/Account No: 10-55-666-000-6493 and 24-40-739-082-6625/MMUNIB-6625\n11/6/2023 -7-
