DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2023 -\nGovernment Code Section 66006 mandates the annual disclosure of development impact\nfees collected by the City, related interest income earned, expenditures paid, and the\nbeginning and ending fund balance as of June 30. This report complies with State legislative\nrequirements for Fiscal Year 2023.\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council receive, file, and make available to the public,\nthe Development Impact Fee Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, pursuant to\nGovernment Code section 66006.
