HAMANT]:\nThe City Council will consider approving the award of an\nAgreement to AE3 Partners, Inc. to provide on-call construction\nmanagement services for the City’s Capital Improvement Program.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement with AE3\nPartners, Inc. to provide on-call construction management services\nfor the City's Capital Improvement Program for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $500,000; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to execute documents incident to the Amendment.\nSTAFF REPORT
