2.G. AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH THE ENERGY COALITION\nFOR EQUITABLE BUILDING PERFORMANCE STANDARDS [N.\nMARICICH, F. CONTRERAS, C. SHEN, D. ONG]:\nThe City Council will consider approval of an Agreement for\nServices with The Energy Coalition (TEC) to provide policy\ndevelopment and engagement support for Equitable Building\nPerformance Standards (EBPS) for existing buildings in West\nHollywood, per the City’s Climate Action and Adaptation Plan.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Services with\nThe Energy Coalition (TEC) in the not-to-exceed amount of\n$195,000 and a June 30, 2025 expiration date; and 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager or designee to sign and execute all documents\nrelated to this Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
