COLLINS, E.\nHAMANT]:\nThe City Council will consider approving the award of an\nAgreement to Mark G. Anderson Consultants, Inc. to provide on-call\nconstruction management services for the City’s Capital\nImprovement Program.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement with Mark G.\nAnderson Consultants, Inc. to provide on-call construction\nmanagement services for the City's Capital Improvement Program\nfor a total not-to-exceed amount of $500,000; and 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the\nAmendment.\n
