5.A. RECREATION FEE STRUCTURE FOR LOW-INCOME AND\nOLDER ADULT RESIDENTS AND YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP\nPROGRAM [Y. QUARKER, S. MARTINEZ]:\nThe City Council will receive an overview of a proposed fee\nstructure to include reduced rates for recreation programs for low-\nincome and older adult residents.
