22. Appeal of Historic Preservation Commission Decision to Deny Major Certificate of\nAppropriateness No. 021547-2023 for the Retroactive Approval of Unpermitted\nRenovations of a Duplex on a Contributing Resource Located at 607 N. Gibbs Street and\n195 E.
