13. Authorize a new Right-of-Way Use Agreement with Addendum for City-Owned\nConduit Use for Crown Castle Fiber LLC\nRecommendation: that the City Council A.) Approve the execution of the new Right-of-\nWay Use Agreement with Crown Castle Fiber LLC; and B.) Accept the Conduit\nOccupancy License Fee of $5.00/LF/YR over the next five (5) years, with an increase to\n$5.50/LF/YR for the first five (5) year renewal, and another increase to $6.00/LF/YR for\nthe second five (5) year renewal, for a total Conduit Occupancy License Fee of $297,000\nover 15 years.
