A JV, in the amount of $4,193,450\nfor the Humboldt Sewer Lift Station Replacement Project, CC-1634;\nand, authorize appropriation of funds\nRecommended Action:\nA) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by Vido Artukovich & Son\nInc./Vidmar, Inc. A JV, in the amount of $4,193,450; and ,\nB) Approve a budget transfer of $933,082 from Account 51189021.82600 (PCH\nRestroom Sewer Lift Station Project) to Account 51189017.82600 (Humboldt Sewer Lift\nStation Project) to fully fund the Humboldt Sewer Lift Station Replacement Project; and ,\nC) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
