14. Recommendation to use Motorola Solutions, Inc./Vigilant Solutions as the exclusive\nprovider of Automatic License Plate Recognition cameras for the City of Lawndale\nRecommendation: that the City Council consider the following options and staff\nrecommends Option 1: 1) Select Motorola Solutions, Inc./Vigilant Solutions as the City's\npreferred provider of Automatic License Plate Reader's at the estimated price and for all\nthe listed services in the RFP’; or 2) Select Motorola Solutions, Inc. Vigilant Solutions as\nthe City's preferred provider of Automatic License Plate Reader's at a lower price, but\nwith less cameras, equipment, and coverage in order to reduce the cost to a more\ncomfortable price point; or 3) Give Staff directions as to how many cameras they would\nlike to have in use, with the possibility of adding additional cameras, once the program is\nunderway and successful.\nAgenda\nNovember 6, 2023
