CONSIDERATION OF THE HOUSING AND HUMAN SERVICES\nCOMMITTEE’S RECOMMENDATION TO ESTABLISH A LOCAL HOUSING\nTRUST FUND\nRecommendations:\n(1) Review the Housing and Human Services Committee’s recommendation to\ndetermine if staff should conduct additional analysis and, if feasible, return with\nthe appropriate document(s) to establish a Local Housing Trust Fund;\n(2) Reaffirm the City of Laguna Beach’s commitment and participation in the\nOrange County Housing Finance Trust; and\n(3) Provide additional feedback and direction to staff, if needed.
