30.\nApprove an Agreement with America on Track and Nati’s House dba Neutral\nGround for Gang Prevention and Intervention Program Services that\npromotes a proactive, preventative approach to addressing concerns with at-\nrisk youth and gang activity (Revive Santa Ana Program)\nDepartment(s): Community Development Agency\nRecommended Action:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with America on\nTrack in the amount of $200,000 for a one-year term, with an option to\nextend for one year, for a two-year aggregate total not to exceed\n$400,000, for gang prevention and intervention services, for a term\nbeginning December 1, 2023, subject to non-substantive changes\napproved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-\nXXX).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Nati’s House\ndba Neutral Ground in the amount of $200,000 for a one-year term, with\nan option to extend for one year, for a two-year aggregate total not to\nexceed $400,000, for gang prevention and intervention services, for a term\nbeginning December 1, 2023, subject to non-substantive changes\napproved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-\nXXX).
