Approve Amendment No 1 to the July 20, 2021,\nAgreement with Griffin Structures, Inc. extending services through June 30, 2023; and 2.)\nApprove Change Order No 2 for construction management services with Griffin Structures, Inc.\nin the amount of $47,425.
