8. APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS INTO BLACK GOLD GOLF CLUB IRRIGATION\nCONTROLLER\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1.) Appropriation of\n$200,000 to the operating expenditure budget for emergency irrigation controller replacement; and 2.) Authorize the emergency/sole source purchase and replacement of the equipment,\nand 3.) Upon receipt of appropriate documents, authorize the City Manager to execute the\ncontract.
